Why I hate the 6th sense
It’s told by an unreliable narrator and no, it’s not Bruce Willis’ character. We see things that he isn’t there for so we’re seeing the story through an omniscient narrator not the characters themselves. It would be one thing if we didn’t know he was dead because it was all from his point of view, but it’s not. The omniscient narrator is just choosing to not give us all the information. So, since he’s choosing what to tell us, it’s pretty easy to surprise us at the end. Cheap gimmick. Shymalan has never been good.
